Full job description

AC Hotel Birmingham NEC & Airport has recently been reimagined, bringing the clean, modern identity of AC Hotels by Marriott to one of the most well-connected locations in the region. Just minutes from Birmingham Airport and the NEC, the hotel sits at the centre of constant movement, welcoming business travellers, event guests and international arrivals every day. We’re looking for a Guest Services Assistant to join the front office team on a full-time basis (40 hours) as Receptionist.

This role is about precision and presence. A calm, confident approach at the desk. Knowing what matters and when. Delivering a consistent, thoughtful experience in line with Marriott Bonvoy standards, where everything feels considered, never overdone.

You’ll already have experience on reception, understand the pace of a busy front desk, and be comfortable managing arrivals, departures and guest requests with clarity and focus. Experience with Opera is preferred. It’s not about saying more, it’s about doing things properly.

The hotel is at the start of a new chapter following its rebrand, with the support and reach of Marriott International behind it. A strong opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from the ground up.
