Position: Night Concierge

Location: Stratford Plaza (E15)

Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off 1900-0700

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development located in Stratford. This development consists of 220 apartments, includes a residents roof terrace and is located close to Stratford Station and Westfield shopping centre.

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
