Job Summary

Duties

Prepare and cook authentic Turkish dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and high quality in every plate served.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
Manage food safety standards by adhering to hygiene regulations and proper storage practices.
Lead team management efforts, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.

Requirements

Proven culinary experience with a focus on Turkish cuisine, including traditional recipes and modern interpretations.
Supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within hospitality environments.
Previous restaurant experience with a track record of delivering excellent service in fast-paced settings.
