Full job description

The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure.

Understand and evaluate entitlements to extensions of time / loss & expense / claims and/or disputes relating to outstanding payments to sub-contractors

Qualifications: Significant commercial experience preferably within the Water Sector
Experience of NEC form of Contract
Increasing knowledge of a variety of forms & options of contracts
Have a good understanding and experience of business systems, spreadsheet development, cost analysis, programme evaluation and development, compensation event and/or variations assessment and evaluation
Have experience or appreciation of the risk management process for both schedule and cost and the use of Earned Value Management
Full Clean Drivers Licence
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and RICS / CMinstCES qualified or finalising qualification
Hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CIECS
