Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Trainee to learn a unique and highly rewarding trade. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to develop skills across three growing areas: precision vinyl wrap installation, IT/computer setup, and field maintenance. You will work alongside experienced technicians, receiving comprehensive, on-the-job training to transform, configure, and maintain arcade machines, vending kiosks, and smart machines both in our workshop and out on the road.

What They Will Learn & Do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Vinyl Wrap & Machine Aesthetics (Visual Transformation)
Learn how to clean, de-grease, and prepare various cabinet surfaces for wrapping.
Develop the skills to accurately measure, align, and apply large-format vinyl graphics.
Master the use of heat guns, squeegees, and precision blades to achieve clean, bubble-free finishes on flat surfaces and around complex corners.
2. IT Setup & Software Configuration (The Digital Side)
Learn to install and assemble PC hardware, internal components, and specialized vending boards.
Learn how to install operating systems, game software, emulators, and pricing telemetry systems.
Build an understanding of network setups, including connecting machines via Wi-Fi, LAN, and 4G/5G card payment systems.
3. Field Operations & Route Maintenance (Out on the Road)
Assist senior technicians with loading, transporting, and installing heavy equipment at customer venues.
Learn to carry out routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and cash/stock handling checks.
Shadow senior staff to learn how to rapidly diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site.

Candidate Profile (Who We Are Looking For)

No previous experience required: Full, step-by-step training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
Strong willingness to learn: An inquisitive mind and an interest in taking things apart, fixing them, or creative crafts.
Great attention to detail: A steady hand and a patient approach, which are critical for smooth vinyl wrapping.
Tech-savvy mindset: Comfortable using computers; basic knowledge of PC gaming, electronics, or building your own PC is a major plus.
Physical fitness: Ability to assist in safely lifting and maneuvering heavy arcade and vending equipment.
