About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Campaign Management Trainee to join our team in Glasgow. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a graduate, career starter or motivated individual looking to develop practical experience in campaign management, marketing operations, customer engagement and business development.
Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, allowing you to learn how campaigns are planned, coordinated, delivered and reviewed. You will work alongside experienced team members and gain practical knowledge of campaign administration, customer communication, event support, performance monitoring and team coordination.
The role is designed to provide a strong foundation for a long-term career in campaign management and related areas of marketing and business operations. As you develop your skills and demonstrate your capabilities, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress towards senior and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of customer-focused campaigns.
- Support campaign activities from initial preparation through to completion and review.
- Help maintain campaign schedules, activity plans and relevant administrative records.
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and campaign partners.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with preparing campaign materials and ensuring resources are available when required.
- Monitor campaign activities and provide updates to relevant team members.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure campaign objectives and deadlines are achieved.
- Participate in training to develop campaign management, marketing, communication and leadership skills.

Requirements
No previous campaign management qualification or extensive professional experience is required. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, a willingness to learn and an interest in developing a career in campaign management or marketing operations.
The ability to organise information, follow processes and communicate effectively with different people will be important. Basic computer literacy and an ability to learn new systems and tools are also useful.
Graduates, career starters and candidates with transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, marketing, events or other people-focused environments are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant campaign management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, event management, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
