Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Design Engineer(s) to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient and reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design Thermal Energy Storage solutions for HVAC and Refrigeration applications, supplying innovative products to both UK and international markets.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a degree-qualified engineer (Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Chemical, or similar) who is commercially minded and motivated to contribute to our sales growth and market development activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who combine technical understanding with strong communication and commercial awareness. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end users, promoting our Thermal Energy Storage solutions and supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

Duties

Develop thermal energy storage concepts based on company's PCM products for HVAC and Refrigeration system designs
Supporting consultants and clients with system design and product selection. proposing effective solutions.
Preparing technical and commercial proposals
Create detailed schematics and technical drawings to communicate design intent clearly to manufacturing teams.
Developing new market opportunities in the UK and overseas

Experience

Proven experience in HVAC system design or related mechanical engineering fields.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to HVAC components including ductwork, heat exchangers, fans, and control devices.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Prior experience working on complex system design projects from concept through implementation is highly desirable.This role offers an engaging environment where innovation meets practical application within the field of HVAC engineering. The successful applicant will be integral to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance building comfort and energy efficiency while advancing their professional expertise in a dynamic setting.

Pay: £26,702.08-£56,880.30 per year
