About Us
We are BEETc – pronounced “beats” – a vibrant, dynamic event services company, specialising in the full spectrum of design and delivery for international business summits and bespoke events. We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting etc.) a year across APAC & EMEA region.
We are looking for a proactive, digitally minded and forward-thinking Growth & Marketing Operations Executive to join our growing marketing team.
This is initially a 12-month fixed-term role, with the opportunity to evolve into a permanent position as the team grows and the role develops.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data, CRM systems, automation, audience segmentation and campaign performance - but also has a strong marketing mindset and understands how to turn insights into action.
This is not a traditional general marketing role.
You will be responsible for improving the systems, data and processes that help our campaigns perform better. You will work across CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, reporting, campaign tracking and conversion optimisation to support delegate growth, sponsorship opportunities and overall revenue.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to make sure our marketing activity is targeted, measurable, efficient and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve CRM segmentation, audience lists, tagging, campaign data and contact categorisation.
- Build and optimise marketing automation workflows across email, CRM, event registration systems and other marketing tools.
- Support audience growth for events by improving targeting, campaign journeys, follow-up processes and conversion rates.
- Help identify and activate high-value audience segments, including previous attendees, target accounts, sponsors, vendors, speakers and engaged prospects.
- Analyse campaign performance and turn data into clear recommendations for improvement.
- Track key marketing metrics such as registrations, paid tickets, sponsorship interest, campaign engagement, landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Support the marketing team with cleaner reporting, better tracking links, UTM structure and campaign performance visibility.
- Work with the LinkedIn, email, social, content, website and design functions to make sure campaigns are supported by strong data and clear audience targeting.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better processes, templates, automation and AI tools.
- Help improve the handoff of inbound enquiries and high-intent leads to the relevant sales, sponsorship or delegate teams.
- Support post-event follow-up, audience reactivation and future event nurture campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, CRM, marketing operations or campaign operations.
- Strong interest in CRM, automation, segmentation, reporting and campaign optimisation.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards and campaign performance metrics.
- Able to analyse performance and explain what should be improved next.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion and audience journeys.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns or events at the same time.
- Commercial mindset, with an interest in how marketing supports registrations, revenue, sponsorship opportunities and business growth.
- Confident using marketing tools and quick to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and able to work across different teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B events, conferences, media, SaaS, MarTech or technology marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Zoho, Brevo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Experience with event registration platforms or webinar/event marketing tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing or paid media tracking.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, reporting, research or campaign planning.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means helping the marketing team become more data-driven, automated and commercially effective.
You will help us:
- Improve campaign targeting and segmentation.
- Increase event registrations and paid delegate conversion.
- Improve visibility of sponsorship and sales opportunities.
- Build cleaner, more useful marketing data.
- Create better campaign tracking and reporting.
- Reduce manual work through automation and better processes.

The ideal candidate is part marketer, part operator and part problem-solver.
You do not need to be a data scientist, but you should be data-literate. You should be able to look at campaign performance, spot what is or is not working, and help build a practical solution.
