Overview

About the Job

Our social media manager must be available to work on site Friday & Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, with an hour for lunch 14:00-15:00.

You will need skills in photography and graphic design. With an enthusiastic personality to create engaging content across our platforms.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and audience engagement.
Creating graphics for physical advertising that keep to the company branding.
Planning, creating and managing all social media content over Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
Analyse social media metrics regularly to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize future content strategies for maximum impact.
Manage social media advertising campaigns by setting objectives, targeting audiences effectively, and tracking ROI to ensure successful outreach efforts.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital presence innovative and competitive.
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a track record of growing online communities.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies to enhance brand reputation.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content tailored for diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze data insights effectively to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate campaign success.
Experience managing paid social media campaigns from planning through execution and reporting is a plus.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
