Full job description

The lamb on the strand is a growing Gastro pub brand with multiple locations across Wiltshire. We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, develop local partnerships, and strengthen the our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands local marketing, digital promotion, and business development within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to increase customer engagement, improve brand visibility, and support the expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant sales
Plan and manage local marketing campaigns and promotional events
Work with the digital marketing team on social media, Google Ads, and online promotions
Build partnerships with local businesses, organisations, and community groups
Coordinate with local influencers and media to promote the brand
Analyse sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue
Promote special events such as themed nights, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities
Support new branch openings and marketing launches

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail marketing preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing and local marketing strategies
Excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to develop partnerships and drive customer engagement
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
