About the Role:
At Qonica Communications and Digital Ltd, we believe that effective communication is more than delivering a message. It is about creating campaigns that connect with people, strengthen brands, and turn business priorities into clear and engaging stories. Based in Liverpool, England, we work across digital communications, brand campaigns, corporate messaging, and audience engagement to help organisations communicate with confidence. We are looking for a Communications and Campaigns Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our communications strategy and campaign delivery. You will develop compelling communications programmes, coordinate integrated campaigns, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure every message is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping how our organisation communicates with clients, partners, employees, and wider audiences.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Liverpool office is located in a vibrant business and creative district close to Liverpool city centre. We value a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged, communication is open, and people have the space to do their best work.
Strategic Influence: Communications is central to how we build relationships and grow the business. You will have the opportunity to influence campaign strategy, messaging, brand positioning, and audience engagement from the beginning.
Modern Approach: We combine traditional communications expertise with digital channels, audience insights, campaign analytics, social media, content platforms, and modern collaboration tools.
Growth: We support professional development through industry events, communications workshops, relevant certifications, and access to learning resources that help you stay current with evolving communications and campaign practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications Strategy: Develop and implement communications plans that support business priorities, strengthen brand visibility, and engage key audiences across multiple channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns from initial concept and audience research through execution, measurement, and optimisation.
Content Development: Lead the creation of high-quality communications materials including campaign messaging, website content, newsletters, presentations, social media content, internal communications, and corporate announcements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial, digital, and operational teams to coordinate campaign activity and maintain consistent messaging across all communications.
Audience Engagement: Use audience insights, campaign performance data, and market research to understand what resonates with different audiences and continuously improve communications activity.
Stakeholder Management: Present campaign recommendations, communication plans, performance reports, and strategic messaging to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, campaign management, or a closely related field, with experience taking ownership of integrated communications programmes.
Campaign Portfolio: A strong portfolio of communications or campaign work is highly valued. We want to see evidence of successful campaigns, clear messaging, audience engagement, measurable outcomes, and the strategic thinking behind your work.
Digital Skills: Strong working knowledge of digital communications, social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
Communication Skills: You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can adapt complex information into clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
Leadership: You are comfortable coordinating projects, mentoring colleagues, managing external partners, and providing direction across multidisciplinary teams.
Mindset: You are commercially aware, organised, creative, and pragmatic. You understand when a campaign requires detailed planning and when a message needs to move quickly. You care about quality, but you are equally focused on delivering measurable results.
