Salary: £26,437.00 (Prorated: £10,574.80) per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 16 hours per week, (Wednesday to Friday)

Location: Avonmouth, BS11 0YB

What you’ll be doing;

Process and record operational information to support the site team.
Raise and manage purchase orders for goods and services.
Support the invoicing process and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Record work completed by site into relevant trackers and systems.
Complete, file and store site paperwork (hard copy and digital/PDF).
Handle day-to-day administrative queries from site staff and customers.
Support the Office Manager with collecting and preparing site information.
Administer annual health screening paperwork and arrangements.
Sort and post incoming/outgoing site mail.
Use site IT systems to complete tasks and maintain accurate data.
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for;

Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator, including telephone and email.
A reliable team player with a flexible approach.
Able to work independently and use initiative to prioritise tasks.
Numerate and literate, with good general administration skills.
Computer literate; experience with Excel and/or Google Docs preferred.
Previous administrative experience is desirable (similar industry a plus, but not essential).
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (industrial estate location).
