We're looking for a creative, data-driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance. Whether it's optimising content for search, creating engaging email campaigns, delivering social media activity or analysing campaign results, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills across a broad range of digital marketing disciplines.

What you'll be doing:

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team to:

Support and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels and search.
Help optimise website content to improve visibility, organic traffic and customer engagement.
Plan, create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Support audience segmentation and personalised customer communications.
Create and schedule engaging organic social media content.
Assist with paid social campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn and other key platforms.
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Produce reports and actionable insights using analytics tools.
Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and developments in AI-powered search and discovery.

What we're looking for:

You'll be a motivated marketing professional with:

At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Experience delivering email marketing campaigns.
Experience using CRM, marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
Experience managing or supporting organic social media activity.
Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques.
Experience supporting paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles.
Experience using Google Analytics and interpreting campaign performance data.
Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills.
A proactive approach and a desire to continually learn and improve.

It would be great if you also have:

A marketing qualification such as CIM Level 4 or equivalent.
Experience working within a B2B environment.
Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console.
Experience contributing recommendations to support marketing strategy development.
