Full job description

Do you have the skills to work in a busy inpatient rehabilitation setting? Would you like the opportunity to be a part of a supportive team with development opportunities? If so, please read on.

Do you have extensive specialist occupational therapy experience and skills in working with a range of conditions? Have you got significant experience of clinical leadership and workload coordination? Then this is the post for you.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly specialist occupational therapist with a wide range of clinical experience to join our occupational therapy team within Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. You would be responsible for clinically leading the inpatient rehabilitation team. The wards offer a diverse range of specialties including frailty, orthopedics, vascular and long-term complex conditions.

You will be proficient in standardised assessment and evidence informed interventions. You will have quality improvement skills including evidence of audit and service development and you will have demonstrated team leadership in previous jobs. A good track record of developing staff and students will be highly desirable and excellent team working is essential. You must be able to demonstrate a broad range of postgraduate experience and sufficient knowledge and skills to manage a complex caseload.

You may be required to work across Fife, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
