Job Description
Summary: We’re looking for a marketer who’s genuinely curious about AI-driven demand generation and wants to build deep, hands-on experience executing campaigns for IFS’s Industrial AI portfolio. You’ll execute multi-channel demand gen programs— helping run campaigns, pull and analyze performance data, and support channel mix, audience segmentation, and reporting. This is an execution-focused role: you’ll bring energy, organization, and fresh ideas. An ideal launchpad for someone who wants to take the next step in their B2B marketing career.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Run multi‑region campaigns, supporting planning, managing execution and optimizing performance.
Typical responsibilities will include:

Managing cross-channel accounts based demand gen campaigns, nurtures and webinars

Select channels and tactics, leveraging email, paid social, paid digital, video.

Manage audience segmentation, buyer journey and budgets.

Deliver, test and trial new approaches to demand gen, driving engagement across IFS target accounts.

Analyzing performance insight for assigned programs and recommend optimizations

Deliver Ads and emails and copy which resonate with buyer segments

Using AI and martech tools to speed up and improve execution quality; supporting process, technical, and workflow improvements with Marketing Ops

Building and maintaining performance reporting dashboards; pulling data and metrics to support stakeholder reporting

Preparing materials (data pulls, slides, summaries) for executive updates — the campaign lead owns final delivery and messaging
Qualifications

Hands-on experience in demand gen campaign execution
-
Ideally B2B tech background, agency or in-house
-
Relevant experience with some focus in B2B campaign execution

Experience of display, social, programmatic, video and email marketing, full funnel campaigns and nurture programs

Genuine Interest in or exposure to AI powered marketing tools and workflows preferred

Some exposure to full-funnel marketing channels — display, social, programmatic, video, email

Comfortable pulling and reviewing data to spot trends and surface basic insights; able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams under supervision

Experience with Martec - CRM, marketing automation or ABM platforms

Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, perform and willingness to get stuff done

Good copy skills; able to brief/iterate imagery and short‑form video

Confident, outgoing personality that can integrate with a busy team environment
