Full job description

We’re Hiring – Digital Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join Empire Global Finance as our new Digital Marketing Manager.

This is a broad, hands-on and highly autonomous role for someone who can shape, lead and deliver our digital marketing strategy across the UK, Middle East and wider international markets.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving and improving our website, SEO, content, social media, email marketing, campaigns and digital reporting. We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, set priorities and turn ideas into measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing, managing and delivering our overall digital marketing strategy
Managing and improving our website
SEO strategy, implementation and ongoing optimisation
Writing high-quality website copy, articles and blogs
Managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and TikTok
Creating and managing content calendars and campaigns
Email marketing and database campaigns
Monitoring website traffic, SEO rankings, engagement and lead generation
Using data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions
Supporting the growth of the Empire brand across the UK, Middle East and other international markets
Working with the wider team to identify case studies, success stories and new marketing opportunities

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in digital marketing -
Good practical knowledge of SEO
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience writing blogs and website content
Strong understanding of social media and content strategy
A commercial mindset and the ability to understand what activity is generating results
A data-driven approach to marketing and decision-making
Proactive, creative and highly organised
Comfortable managing projects from idea through to delivery
A strong communicator who can work confidently with colleagues, clients and senior management
Content and video skills are a big advantage, but this is not primarily a videographer role

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Basic mobile video filming and editing skills
DSLR and lighting experience
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
CapCut and Canva experience
Ability to create professional social media graphics and short-form video content

There will also be opportunities to travel and create content around our offices, clients, events and international operations.
