As demand for AI and automation continues to accelerate, we're looking for an experienced AI Business Applications Presales Solution Architect to join our growing Copilot + Power Platform Practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI, business applications, and helping customers solve real-world challenges through Microsoft's modern technology stack.
You'll work alongside our sales teams, customers, partners, and Microsoft to design innovative AI and low-code solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. From executive workshops and discovery sessions through to solution design and demonstrations, you'll play a pivotal role in winning new business and shaping customer transformation journeys.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading customer discovery, AI envisioning and innovation workshops to understand business challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes.

Helping customers identify where AI, automation and agentic technologies can create measurable business value.

Designing innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft productivity and automation ecosystem.

Taking customers from aspiration to implementation, transforming ideas into strategies, prototypes, proof of concepts and production-ready solutions.

Building engaging demonstrations, agents and proof-of-concept solutions that help customers visualise what is possible.

Acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, translating business challenges into practical and achievable solutions.

Supporting customer conversations around AI readiness, adoption, governance and operating models.

Working collaboratively with specialists across ANS to identify the most appropriate combination of technologies and services to meet customer objectives.

Supporting proposals, Statements of Work, bid responses and customer-facing solution documentation.

Identifying repeatable use cases, solution accelerators and opportunities that can be leveraged across customers, industries and sectors.

Staying current with emerging Microsoft technologies, particularly within Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Automation and Business Transformation.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a commercially minded consultant, architect or technology strategist who enjoys helping organisations solve complex business challenges through AI, automation and digital transformation.
You'll be naturally curious, passionate about emerging technology and excited by the challenge of turning early-stage ideas into practical solutions that create genuine business value.
You'll thrive in situations where there isn't a predefined answer and enjoy bringing together the right people, expertise and technologies to solve customer challenges.
Essential Experience

Strong experience in a Presales, Solution Architect, Consultant, or Technical Sales role.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Business Applications technologies.

Experience designing solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Ability to confidently engage with both technical and business audiences.

Experience working alongside sales teams to develop and win opportunities.

Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Experience building AI Agents, automations, prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions.
