Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Global Account Executive, where you will play a key role in driving transformational technology and services opportunities within some of Lenovo’s most strategic global accounts. Reporting to the Director, Solution Sales, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, building executive-level customer relationships, and orchestrating Lenovo’s end-to-end portfolio across Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), and Solutions & Services Group (SSG). Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help customers accelerate their digital transformation journey through innovative solutions spanning Hybrid Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace, Managed Services, Sustainability, Edge Computing, and Lenovo TruScale offerings. This is a highly visible, consultative sales role focused on shaping demand, influencing complex buying decisions, and delivering measurable business outcomes for global enterprise customers.

What You Will Do:

Build and develop a sustainable pipeline of high-value, transformational solutions and services opportunities by proactively identifying customer business challenges, technology priorities, and transformation initiatives before they become formal procurement projects.
Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to shape demand, uncover strategic initiatives, and convert early-stage ideas into qualified business opportunities.
Own opportunities throughout the full lifecycle, from origination and qualification through solution development, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and successful closure.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying key stakeholders, transformational themes, whitespace opportunities, routes to market, and long-term growth potential within strategic accounts.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders across business, IT, operations, procurement, finance, and sustainability functions, acting as a strategic advisor on their transformation journey.
Create compelling value propositions, business cases, and transformation roadmaps that clearly demonstrate measurable business outcomes and the value of Lenovo’s solutions and services portfolio.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, solution architecture, services, finance, legal, delivery, supply chain, and partner organizations, ensuring Lenovo presents one integrated and coordinated proposition to the customer.
Orchestrate Lenovo’s end-to-end portfolio, including Data Center Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, AI, Digital Workplace, Managed Services, Sustainability Services, Edge Computing, and TruScale offerings, while maintaining accurate long-term pipeline visibility and forecasts through Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools.

What You Will Bring:

7+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solutions, or services sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer transformation initiatives.

Proven success in independently building pipeline, shaping demand, and closing complex, high-value opportunities within large enterprise environments.
Experience working with multinational or global organizations, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Ability to connect technologies, services, and solutions across different portfolio areas into a compelling, outcome-focused customer proposition.
Strong business and technical acumen, enabling you to engage credibly with customers, lead initial solution discussions, and collaborate effectively with solution architects and technical specialists.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and international pursuit teams, bringing together internal stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex solution, services, and contractual engagements, as well as sound forecasting and pipeline management practices.
An entrepreneurial, self-driven, and resilient mindset, combined with excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
