About Us
We are building a technology platform operating within the creator partnerships and influencer marketing industry.
The platform is already in active development and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our technical team as we prepare for commercial launch.
You will be joining at an early stage, working with an existing codebase and helping us strengthen, develop and scale the product.
Due to the early-stage and confidential nature of the platform, further information about the company and product will be provided to shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
The Role
We need someone who can come into an existing project, understand how it works and start contributing quickly.
You will work collaboratively with our technical team across frontend, backend, infrastructure and integrations.
This is not a role for somebody who needs every task broken down for them.
We are looking for an engineer who can investigate problems, recommend solutions and take ownership of their work.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving our existing web application
- Building and maintaining full-stack functionality
- Reviewing, debugging and refactoring existing code
- Developing and maintaining APIs
- Working with databases, authentication and permissions
- Building and maintaining third-party integrations
- Identifying and resolving bugs and performance issues
- Improving application reliability and scalability
- Writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code
- Testing functionality before releases
- Supporting deployments and production releases
- Participating in architecture and technical discussions
- Collaborating with other engineers through GitHub
- Reviewing code and maintaining development standards
- Contributing ideas around product and technical improvements
Technical Experience
Strong experience with modern full-stack development is required.
Our technology includes:
- React / Next.js
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL / Supabase
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Git / GitHub
- Modern cloud deployment
Experience with SaaS products, marketplace platforms, mobile applications, payment integrations or AI-powered functionality would be advantageous.
Essential Experience

You should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong React / Next.js experience
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript knowledge
- Backend development experience
- Database experience
- API development and integration experience
- Git / GitHub experience
- Experience working with existing production codebases
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of scalable modern web architecture
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
Previous startup or early-stage product experience would be highly desirable.
Who This Role Is Not For
This role will not suit someone who:
- Only has frontend development experience
- Requires detailed instructions for every task
- Is uncomfortable working with an existing codebase
- Cannot independently investigate technical problems
- Has little experience shipping real-world applications
- Is uncomfortable working within an early-stage startup
- Is looking exclusively for an immediately salaried position
We want someone who enjoys building, solving problems and taking ownership.
Compensation
This is an early-stage business and the initial compensation structure will be profit share, linked to the growth and performance of the company.
For the first few months, this will operate instead of a fixed salary.
As the business reaches agreed revenue milestones, the position will transition towards a competitive fixed salary.
High performance and increased responsibility may also lead to additional longer-term incentives.
We want to be completely transparent about this structure before candidates enter the interview process.
The intention is to build a long-term relationship with the right engineer. This is not intended to remain a profit-share-only position permanently.
