Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Listing and Product Photography Assistant to support our online retail operations. This role involves capturing high-quality product images, editing visuals to meet brand standards, and creating compelling listings for various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills in photo editing software, and an understanding of social media management. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital content creation and e-commerce marketing within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional product photography, ensuring images are clear, well-lit, and visually appealing.
Edit photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance image quality and consistency.
Create engaging product listings with accurate descriptions, optimised for search visibility across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Manage the organisation of digital assets, including categorising and archiving images for easy retrieval.
Assist in developing visual content for social media channels, including short videos using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on current trends in product photography and e-commerce presentation to continually improve visual standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong skills in photo editing and retouching to produce professional-quality images.
Knowledge of photography principles and techniques, including lighting and composition.
Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for engaging audiences online.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in journalism or content creation is advantageous but not essential.
A keen eye for detail combined with creativity and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
