Every Spinners venue brings together interactive darts, boutique duckpin bowling, shuffleboard, mini golf and Clayshot® - our own proprietary clay shooting simulator you won't find anywhere else - alongside a vibrant bar and kitchen serving artisan pizzas, premium cocktails and quality drinks in a stylish, immersive setting.

Spinners Chester is located in the heart of Chester city centre, bringing a premium competitive socialising experience to one of the UK's most vibrant leisure and hospitality destinations. THE ROLE

We're looking for energetic, outgoing Team Members who love creating memorable experiences for people. Whether you're welcoming guests, serving behind the bar, delivering food, hosting games or helping keep the venue looking its best, you'll play a huge part in making every visit unforgettable.

Hospitality experience is great, but it's not essential. What matters most is your personality. We're looking for confident, bubbly people who genuinely enjoy talking to others, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering brilliant customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Experience & Service

Deliver a warm, friendly welcome to every guest.
Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional customer service throughout every visit.
Build genuine rapport with guests and confidently recommend games, food and drinks.
Handle guest queries professionally and always look for ways to exceed expectations.

Food, Drink & Games

Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard.
Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent presentation.
Host and support our interactive games, ensuring guests have an amazing experience.
Maintain excellent product knowledge across our activities, food and drinks.

Teamwork

Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Support colleagues during busy periods with a positive, can-do attitude.
Contribute to a fun, welcoming culture where everyone enjoys coming to work.

Venue Standards

Keep all guest areas clean, organised and presentation-ready throughout the day.
Ensure gaming areas, bar and restaurant remain safe, tidy and operational.
Follow all company procedures, health & safety and licensing requirements.

You have excellent customer service skills and genuinely enjoy working with people.
You're confident, outgoing, friendly and naturally make others feel welcome.
You bring enthusiasm, personality and positive energy to every shift.
You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
You're reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
You're comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You have strong customer service experience
Hospitality, retail or leisure is beneficial but not essential - we'll teach you the rest.
