Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our branch and support all departments of the business, where & when required. You’ll be a pivotal part of the team supporting our customers to ensure they have all the parts, tooling and support they need to operate.

Effectively deal with customer enquiries via phone & email, from RFQ requests through to order placement and completion
Supporting our external technical Engineering / sales team, liaising with customers & suppliers, and offering administrative support.
Liaise between manufacturing product partners & customers to efficiently answer general questions concerning lead times, deliveries, and pricing.
Maximize sales and opportunities through value added products & service to all incoming and outgoing customer engagement.
Purchase order placement and progressing
Return of products to suppliers
Delivery note filing and maintenance.

Key Skills / Qualifications

Experience of a customer service / sales office environment
Computer literate – Microsoft Office packages
Team player – strong team skills and the ability to interact well with colleagues & customers.
A solution-based approach to our customer’s requirements
A high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
A positive ‘can do’ attitude
