Client, Representative & Operations Administrator

Location: Green Park / Mayfair, London W1J
Employment: Full-time preferred. We may consider alternative working arrangements for the right candidate
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 per annum depending on experience
Start Date: Ideally August/September 2026 or by agreement

About the Firm

We are a small, growing FCA-authorised wealth management firm based in Green Park, Mayfair, providing discretionary investment management services to professional clients.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and conscientious Client & Operations Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, takes pride in accuracy and wants to develop within a professional wealth management environment.

As a small firm, we offer a friendly and supportive working environment where the successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide range of business activities.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across the Firm, including:

assisting with professional client administration and documentation;
supporting professional client and representative onboarding and account opening processes;
maintaining accurate professional client and operational records;
liaising with banks, custodians and other professional counterparties, including custodian onboarding;
supporting administration relating to the Firm's representatives and business partners;
maintaining registers, records and documentation;
assisting with compliance administration and monitoring activities;
supporting general office and operational activities.

The role requires care, attention to detail, numerical abilities, discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.

The position does not involve investment decision-making, providing investment advice or regulated client-facing activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

is organised, dependable and methodical;
has excellent attention to detail and good numerical ability;
enjoys administrative work and keeping accurate records;
is comfortable communicating professionally with colleagues and external contacts;
is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems;
is keen to develop within a professional environment.

Previous experience in financial services and in particular in wealth management, banking or insurance administration would be a strong advantage.

Our corporate language is English, and we welcome candidates with additional language skills in French.
