What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Trading Technology team, you'll help ensure that critical applications used by trading and sales teams run smoothly throughout the trading day. You'll investigate issues, support users, contribute to projects, and help improve systems that are essential to business operations.

You'll:

Support business-critical applications used in financial markets.
Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
Work closely with developers, infrastructure specialists, and business users.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on ongoing issues and improvements.
Take part in technology projects, testing activities, business analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build your understanding of financial markets and trading technology.

Profile required

Windows or Linux operating systems
SQL and databases
Python, C#, or other programming languages
Application support, monitoring, or troubleshooting
Cloud, infrastructure, or networking concepts
Data analysis and technology-focused problem solving

These are desirable skills, not essential requirements.
