Full job description

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for retaining current levels of business as well as growing account value by generating new leads from existing customers across France. You should be experienced in building strong relationships with multiple contacts, you will be expected to leverage these relationships to generate new sales opportunities. These sales opportunities will then be passed over to the new business sales team, allowing you to focus on account development.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both written and spoken French, with an energetic attitude towards making outbound calls and great at building relationships with end users and decision makers at all levels.

This role is a blend of lead generation and account management.

Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed are essential for this role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is French speaking, with telesales or account management experience. Success will look like a stream of self-generated enquiries, growing repeat business and the reputation as the 'go to' person at CILS for our French customers.

You will be part of a growing Customer Partnership team based at our Worthing, West Sussex Head Office and will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week and observe French Bank Holidays.

The role is varied and includes the following activities:

Sales calls to generate leads from existing customers
Account networking to establish new contacts and develop relationships
Stock replenishment calling based on order history to preserve revenues
Customer calls to investigate and recover declining revenues
Pro-active customer enquiry follow up
