The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning Managed Service Provider and be part of our growth journey and success story.

We are looking for an AI Service Technician to join our friendly team to work closely with our customers to develop their technology journey.

The Role

The AI Service Technician will work closely with the Transformation Lead to support, design, delivery, and adoption of technology, AI and Business process improvement initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. The role combines solution design and project delivery, helping organisations realise measurable business value from Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and Azure Services.

The role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between business and technology. They will support the development of AI strategies, automation opportunities, digital workplace solutions, and transformation roadmaps while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational objectives.

The individual will be expected to stay current in emerging Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities, helping clients confidently adopt new ways or working while maintaining a strong focus on user experience, business outcomes and long-term value.

With an enthusiastic and personable approach, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships. You will present and promote the Seriun brand and full product range to customers, identifying gaps in their current offering and highlighting opportunities for cross selling our alternative services.

General duties will include:

Build and maintain AI solutions and agents using existing platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure Foundry.

Build and maintain Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages that provide business process efficiency.

Build and maintain API’s between systems, monitoring any updates that may require API’s to be adjusted.

Monitor the cost management and security of AI solutions.

Provide AI and Power Platform support via ticketing system for 1st and 2nd line support.

Understanding and advising customers on AI licensing models such as per user licensing or Pay As You Go.

Working with the Transformation Lead and customers to design and build efficiency solutions.

Provide project support for Microsoft 365 solutions such as SharePoint migrations.

Delivering suitable on-site work when requested by other teams within the business, such as delivering hardware or very basic setup within experience range to assist with any resource limitations within the business.

About You

You will have:

Experience in software development, API development, AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform

A good understanding of the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 stack

Ability to build rapport

Good time management

Communication/negotiation skills

Experience in IT/telecoms support

A valid UK driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
