- Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering large, complex construction projects (typically 10+ years)
- Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes and their integration
- Experience developing construction sequences and managing project interfaces
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and planning challenges
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in regulated industries or environments with high safety standards
- Familiarity with planning tools and digital construction models is advantageous
- Reside locally to Somerset or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.

Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK.
