We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and audience-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Glasgow.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams (including Technical Support, Escalations, and Billing) to ensure swift query resolution.
Workflow Optimization: Share constructive feedback during daily team huddles to help refine customer support processes and enhance service quality.
Skills & Career Development: Participate in ongoing communication workshops, product training sessions, and leadership coaching.
