As a Program Manager, Amenity Services in Workplace Experience, you will lead the delivery of a best-in-class amenity services programme supporting a landmark headquarters development. You will partner with colleagues across design, construction, workplace experience, technology, finance, and operations to create exceptional employee and client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the strategy, design, implementation, and operational readiness of hospitality, dining, conference, and event services within a highly visible and complex environment.
Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Amenity Services programme, including governance, planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder management.

Translate global amenity services strategies and standards into a comprehensive delivery roadmap with defined milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.

Drive the development of innovative dining, hospitality, event, and client experience solutions that enhance employee and client engagement.

Manage design development and implementation activities, coordinating specialist consultants, contractors, and project partners.

Partner with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate operational requirements into facility design and construction plans.

Develop demand forecasting models and utilisation strategies to support capacity planning, service delivery, and investment decisions.

Oversee programme financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with finance stakeholders.

Support sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor selection, mobilisation planning, and contract governance.

Establish operational readiness plans, including staffing, training, testing, launch activities, and service stabilisation.

Implement data, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to support service delivery and programme governance.

Embed risk management, controls, health and safety, and operational resilience requirements throughout programme delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Extensive experience leading large-scale programme or project initiatives within hospitality, workplace services, food and beverage, events, or related operational environments.

Experience partnering with real estate, design, and construction teams to translate operational requirements into delivered solutions.

Demonstrated experience managing commercial kitchen projects from concept through implementation and operational handover.

Knowledge of kitchen workflow design, operational planning, and building systems interfaces, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas services.

Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities with experience supporting business cases and investment decisions.

Experience developing demand forecasts, utilisation models, and operational planning assumptions.

Proven ability to manage third-party suppliers and outsourced service providers within complex environments.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience implementing performance measurement, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Professional programme or project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Experience delivering headquarters, corporate campus, or large-scale workplace amenity programmes.

Experience supporting executive dining, conference centres, hospitality operations, or client-facing event environments.

Knowledge of KPI-driven operating models, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices.

Experience implementing event management, booking, point-of-sale, or operational technology platforms.

Experience delivering projects in regulated or brand-sensitive environments.

Knowledge of emerging workplace technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital service solutions.
