About the Role
Sempre Digital Marketing and Growth Solutions UK Ltd is looking for an organised, commercially aware and performance-focused Digital Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing specialists, designers, content teams, analysts and account stakeholders to manage campaign delivery from initial planning through launch, optimisation and reporting.
This role is suitable for a digital marketing professional with practical experience in paid media, campaign management, performance analysis or client-facing marketing who is ready to take greater ownership of campaign strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns from brief to completion
- Develop campaign timelines, objectives and delivery plans
- Coordinate paid search, paid social, display and content activity
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Translate commercial objectives into measurable campaign goals
- Build campaign briefs for creative and content teams
- Coordinate advertising assets and promotional materials
- Manage campaign calendars across multiple accounts or projects
- Monitor campaign budgets and spend
- Track pacing against agreed budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency
- Support development of audience-targeting strategies
- Coordinate keyword, demographic and interest-based targeting
- Review campaign structures before launch
- Check tracking and measurement requirements
- Monitor campaign performance after launch
- Analyse impressions, clicks, conversions and cost metrics
- Track return on advertising spend
- Review cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition performance
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend changes
- Support optimisation of bids, budgets and targeting
- Coordinate A/B testing of creative and landing pages
- Review customer journeys and conversion performance
- Work with analysts on performance dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports
- Present campaign findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations
- Support campaign forecasting and performance projections
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation
- Track actions arising from performance reviews
- Work with content specialists on campaign messaging
- Coordinate with designers on banners, graphics and creative assets
- Support development of email and CRM campaigns
- Coordinate promotional activity across digital channels
- Maintain consistency of campaign messaging
- Support website and landing-page optimisation
- Work with SEO specialists where organic and paid activity overlap
- Coordinate marketing automation workflows
- Support retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor digital activity
- Research audience and market trends
- Identify new campaign opportunities
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Communicate risks or delays to stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with campaign partners
- Support client or stakeholder meetings
- Prepare campaign recommendations and presentations
- Follow internal approval and quality-control procedures
- Support continuous improvement of campaign processes
- Stay informed about digital advertising platform developments
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related subject
- At least three years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Practical experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Experience with paid search or paid social platforms
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Experience monitoring campaign budgets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to interpret campaign-performance data
- Experience preparing marketing reports
- Strong organisational and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: £34,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
