Job Advertisement – Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Name: Amaan Jewellers, Sheffield , United Kingdom
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £41,700 – £55,200 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

About Us

We are an established jewellery business specialising in the retail supply of high-quality gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence across the UK.

Previous experience is preferred but not necessary, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business growth.
Identify and secure new retail, wholesale, and corporate business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage and oversee daily sales operations, ensuring quality customer service.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences within the jewellery.
Manage online and in-store sales performance, including e-commerce platforms and social media.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development proposals for senior management.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain high standards of product presentation, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with business policies and consumer protection.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least three years' experience in sales management, business development.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to develop effective business strategies.

Desirable Skills

Experience in retail jewellery sales.
Knowledge of precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery products.
Experience managing online marketplaces and digital marketing campaigns.
