Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our customers. In this energetic role, you’ll serve drinks, assist with customer orders, and ensure the bar area remains welcoming, clean, and efficient. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met
Take customer orders with enthusiasm, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to uphold health standards
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS systems effectively
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly and reduce wait times

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage service
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to legal guidelines and company policies
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Excellent communication skills to engage with customers warmly and professionally
Basic math proficiency for handling payments and giving correct change
A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences
