We’re looking for a Brand Content and Web Trading Manager to own how the Away Resorts brand comes to life across our digital customer journey.
Sitting at the heart of our Commercial, Trading and Digital teams, you’ll turn trading priorities, seasonal campaigns and business objectives into engaging digital experiences that inspire customers, make holiday planning easier and ultimately drive bookings and revenue.
You’ll take ownership of our website content and trading calendar, ensuring the right products, parks, offers and messages are given the right prominence at the right time. Working closely with our UX, SEO, Product and Trading teams, you’ll continuously improve how we merchandise, personalise and optimise our digital content — balancing a brilliant customer experience with strong commercial performance.
This is a role for someone who understands that great digital content isn’t just about how something looks or sounds; it needs to help customers understand our proposition, build confidence in their choices and make it easier for them to book an unforgettable Away Resorts holiday.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the digital representation of the Away Resorts brand across our customer-facing digital channels, ensuring our proposition, personality and holiday experiences are brought to life consistently and effectively.
- Make sure our website accurately showcases our parks, accommodation, experiences, products and offers, giving customers the information and inspiration they need to make confident booking decisions.
- Own and maintain website content standards, tone of voice and content governance, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, consistent and up to date.
- Champion high-quality, customer-first content and continuously look for opportunities to make our proposition simpler, clearer and more engaging.
- Translate commercial trading plans, promotional activity and seasonal campaigns into impactful website experiences that support revenue and conversion.
- Own the website trading calendar, coordinating content and promotional activity so that campaigns are delivered accurately, effectively and on time.
- Work closely with Trading teams to ensure priority parks, products, propositions and campaigns receive the right level of digital prominence.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns, promotions, landing pages and key content journeys and use insight to continually improve their effectiveness..
- Build high-performing content journeys around key destinations, holiday types, accommodation and products.
- Partner with the SEO Manager to ensure content responds to customer search behaviour, intent and demand while supporting organic performance.
- Own website content and messaging personalisation, using customer behaviour, audience segments and commercial priorities to create more relevant experiences.
- Use platforms such as AB Tasty to deliver, test and optimise targeted content and personalised customer journeys.
- Work closely with the UX Manager to identify opportunities where content, merchandising and personalisation can improve customer experience and conversion.
- Measure the effectiveness of personalised experiences and use data and insight to continuously optimise performance.
- Work collaboratively with Product, UX, SEO, Trading, Marketing and other teams to ensure the customer experiences one joined-up Away Resorts brand across their journey.
- Communicate performance, opportunities and recommendations clearly, using insight to influence priorities and future activity.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- Strong experience in digital content, website trading, eCommerce or a similar commercially focused digital role.
- A strong understanding of how website content and merchandising can influence customer behaviour, conversion and revenue.
- Experience managing website content and promotional trading calendars within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- An excellent understanding of digital customer journeys and how content can remove friction and build confidence throughout the purchasing journey.
- Experience developing and implementing digital content strategies.
- Strong copywriting, editing and content governance skills, with an excellent eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience using CMS and digital content platforms to manage and optimise website experiences.
- Experience with personalisation, A/B testing or optimisation platforms; knowledge of AB Tasty would be advantageous.
- A good understanding of CRO principles and the ability to use performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- A strong understanding of SEO and experience collaborating with SEO specialists to develop content around customer intent and search demand.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance brand, customer and trading priorities.
- Comfortable interpreting customer, website and trading data and turning insight into practical action.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Commercial, Trading, Marketing, Product, UX and Digital teams.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and champion the customer.
- Experience within leisure, hospitality, travel, retail or another fast-paced B2C environment would be advantageous.
