About the role
Bunge is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team.
Reporting to the Manager HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful HR and payroll reporting, undertaking complex payroll calculations and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making. Working across HR, Payroll and broader business functions, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely HR, payroll, safety, sustainability and executive reporting
- Complete complex payroll calculations with a high degree of accuracy
- Review and validate payroll transactions including terminations, bonuses and manual calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support business decisions
- Support Enterprise Agreement reviews, BOOT analysis and payroll modelling for agreement implementation and compliance activities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to improve systems, reporting and business processes
- Compile legislative and regulatory reporting, and other compliance requirements
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards and automated solutions, while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience across HR and Payroll functions
About you
- Essential: Experience using Chris21 and Kronos for reporting, data extraction, analysis and payroll reconciliation activities
- Minimum two years' experience in an analyst role working with HR, workforce or payroll data
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, payroll processes and payroll-related finance concepts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, modelling and data analysis
- Experience developing complex reports using multiple data sources and translating data into meaningful insights
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar reporting and visualisation tools will be highly regarded
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
