Customer Experience Specialist Apprentice (Mercedes-Benz)

Wages paid at apprentice national minimum wage
- 40 hrs per week (Mon-Fri) with a 30-minute unpaid break each day
Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join Team Rygor and grow through our apprenticeship programme. As part of our team, you'll be surrounded by experts who are passionate about what they do. As a Customer Experience Specialist Apprentice, you will develop first-class customer service skills. You will learn to understand customer and business needs, critically evaluate service levels and implement changes to enhance the customer journey. You will acquire the skills to deal with challenging situations, develop plans to drive brand loyalty and retention whilst exceeding customer expectations and provide the Mercedes‑Benz luxury experience.
