Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistants to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the friendly face ensuring guests receive exceptional service while assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests, whether in a restaurant, café, or catering setting. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations regularly
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skills in beverage preparation and customer interaction
Knowledge of catering services and food presentation techniques preferred
Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to serve confidently and professionally
Experience in food preparation or serving roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
