We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Devonport Dock team based in Plymouth – Devonport Royal Dockyard.

KierBAM are a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall. We are currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and support vital commercial operations in a dynamic project environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Devonport Dock team, supporting them by liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors. Your day to day will include:
- Assisting with the processing and verification of supply chain payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timelines
- Preparing and posting cost journals, including cost reallocations across project work packages
- Supporting the timesheet journalling process, ensuring accurate labour cost capture and allocation
- Maintaining and updating commercial records, trackers, and reports to support project cost control and forecasting
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth commercial operations
