The role
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative electrical design solutions that support major defence, aerospace and engineering programmes. Day-to-day, you’ll be required to
Produce electrical engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation.
Support the development of engineering solutions that meet customer and project requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver project objectives.
Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the onsite and 3 days working from home
Essential experience of the Electrical Engineer
Experience producing electrical engineering designs and technical documentation.
Experience working within a regulated engineering or industrial environment.
Understanding of electrical engineering principles, standards and compliance requirements.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
Qualifications for the Electrical Engineer
Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Demonstrable technical knowledge relevant to electrical design activities.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
