Your tasks

Act as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives related to support operations.
Oversee Control and monitor access to sensitive areas and assets.
Manage workshop areas, priorities and coordinate support to meet customer expectations
Prepare equipment for installation, commissioning, and customer delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive support.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
Utilise, modify and generate clear and accurate technical documentation as required.

Your qualifications

Essential
UK National with current Security Check (SC) clearance, or SC clearance held within the previous 12 months.
Proven experience working with RF communications, IT infrastructure, and complex integrated systems.
A motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing their own workload effectively and working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Good understanding of physical and information security best practices.
Full UK driving licence. Desirable
Suitable experience in the use of cryptographic devices in a military comms environment.
