Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our team and elevate the digital experience for our users. In this role, you will be at the forefront of product development, transforming complex requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces. Your expertise in digital design, interaction design, and front-end development will drive the creation of visually compelling and user-friendly web applications. Duties

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring user needs are prioritized throughout the design process
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin to visualize concepts clearly and effectively
Design responsive web interfaces that adapt seamlessly across devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and other front-end technologies
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements and enhance user satisfaction
Create data visualizations and information architecture that communicate complex data clearly using tools such as Visio or Adobe Illustrator
Apply best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and design patterns to ensure intuitive navigation and engaging user experiences
Collaborate on the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring designs align with technical specifications and development workflows

Requirements

Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital design excellence across web applications
Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Redux, and APIs integration
Expertise in UX methodologies such as wireframing, requirements gathering, user research, usability testing, and analysis skills
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects, Zeplin and Visio
Knowledge of data analysis skills using SQL or Google Analytics to inform design decisions based on user behavior data
Experience working within SDLC frameworks and Agile methodologies such as Jira or SharePoint for project management
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive user experiences
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers (<PERSON>), product managers (<PERSON>), and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
