An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic member of staff to join our Nursery team in our Gaelic Medium Provision. As this post will be based in the Gaelic Medium Education nursery class, it is essential that all applicants speak fluent Gaelic.
This post will be based in our Gaelic Medium Provision which provides Gaelic Medium Education from 3 to 18. You will work as part of a supportive team of nursery, primary and secondary Gaelic Medium colleagues to deliver high quality learning for the children in the unit.

As this post will be based in the Gaelic Medium Education nursery class, it is essential that all applicants speak fluent Gaelic.
The successful candidate will be able to think 'on their feet' and enjoy a varied role to support a happy, busy nursery putting children's needs first.
You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues alike. We are looking for a fun, caring, committed and dedicated individual who loves to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence across Early Level along with expertise of extending play is essential, as is a commitment to continuous professional learning.
For the role of Early Childhood Practitioner, you should hold an appropriate qualification e.g., SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People, as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.
