West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust is looking for two friendly, motivated Leisure Attendants to join our team at the Meadow Sports Centre, Dumbarton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming environment that puts health, safety, and wellbeing first.
What you’ll do:
- Lifeguard pools and water features
- Support the day-to-day running of the leisure facility
- Set up and supervise sports and leisure activities
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service and first aid when required
What we’re looking for:
- Current lifeguard qualification (RLSS UK NPLQ/STA Level 6 Award in Pool Lifeguarding)
- Standard Grade (or equivalent) Maths and English
- Customer-focused experience
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
