We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Clinical Administration Manager to join the School of Health and Society.
This is a hands-on, operational role with responsibility for coordinating clinical administrative services, supporting compliance and governance processes, and supervising a small administrative team. You will play a key role in ensuring clinical teaching and service environments run efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory requirements.
This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate practical experience in clinical administration within a healthcare or regulated environment, alongside experience supporting governance, compliance, and team coordination.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate:
Experience supporting or coordinating clinical or healthcare administration, including scheduling, patient-facing processes, or service delivery support.
A good understanding of working within regulated environments, including maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and adhering to policies and procedures.
Experience providing day-to-day guidance, support, or supervision to administrative staff, helping to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate systems, and ensure records are complete and audit ready.
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including academic staff, clinicians, and professional services teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of clinical facilities and activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Provide day-to-day supervision and support to the clinical administration team
Support clinic scheduling and coordination of activities, ensuring accuracy and good communication
Maintain accurate, well-organised, and audit-ready records and systems
Support compliance with clinical governance processes, health & safety standards, and relevant regulations
Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting activities, providing accurate information as required
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of changes
