From landlord and tenant disputes to rights of way, boundary issues, commercial lease matters and agricultural disputes you will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work. Your main duties will include:

Advising and representing clients in property litigation matters

Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution

Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
What we’re looking for:

A qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5PQE) with experience or a strong interest in property litigation
