We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's passionate, skilled, and ready to bring both expertise and heart to our vibrant multidisciplinary team.
Who You Are:
- A qualified Occupational Therapist who loves helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
- Experienced (or genuinely passionate) in Neurological Rehabilitation, upper limb rehabilitation, functional capacity, and supporting clients to achieve greater independence in everyday life.
- A creative thinker who sees possibilities instead of limitations and enjoys finding practical solutions to real-life challenges.
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, professional, and positive workplace—but also appreciates a friendly ping pong challenge, the occasional office Nerf battle, and a good OT joke about occupations.
- A lifelong learner who enjoys in-service training, sharing ideas with colleagues, and celebrating every client milestone—no matter how big or small.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy to a diverse caseload across neurological, orthopaedic, and functional rehabilitation.
- Empower clients to build independence, confidence, and participation in the activities that give their lives meaning.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop creative, client-centred rehabilitation plans.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions (because we genuinely enjoy geeking out over functional outcomes, adaptive equipment, and the latest evidence).
- Contribute your ideas, personality, and passion to our team culture every single day.
