Front Of House Supervisor– The Famous Powmill Milk Bar

Location: Powmill, Kinross-shire
Hours: Full-time or Part-time hours
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

The Famous Powmill Milk Bar is a Scottish landmark, loved for hearty breakfasts, homemade bakes, and legendary milkshakes.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front Of House Supervisor to help lead the team and rota with our existing management staff and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue, supporting front and back of house teams, maintaining service excellence, and driving standards and performance across sales, staffing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee daily service and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and FOH.
Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Help drive growth from the site with additional upsells, money generators ideas and launch.
Uphold Powmill’s Milk Bar’s reputation for quality, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.
Work with senior management on marketing, promotions, and future growth projects.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisor role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Calm, positive attitude under pressure and a real passion for people.
Flexibility to work weekends and busy trading periods.
