Our dispensary is expanding and so we are looking for a Dispensary Assistant to join our existing team to provide support to our dispensers. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handing out medication directly to the patients, checking IDs, taking payments, tidying and general support in all areas of dispensary.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handing out medication
- Taking payments
- Dealing with general patients enquiries
- Tidying
- Checking in stock on the computer
- Supporting all dispensary staff
- Picking for dispensers
- Date checking
The position is based in our Comberton Dispensary.
The hours are part time and negotiable
Training will be provided and the role offers the opportunity of progression to trainee dispenser to the right candidate.
