Purpose of Role
To support the Operations function in achieving their objectives and targets, through working to design an effortless customer experience for all customers of Cromwell.
This will entail a wide range of activities but will predominantly focus on the transformation of the UK branch operations structure in line with the Service and Value Excellence Programme.
Role Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for:
Implementing specific future change requirements for the business as defined in the Service and Value Excellence Programme
Being responsible for ensuring the closure of branches where defined necessary is carried out efficiently and effectively with minimum disruption to service.
Ensuring a seamless transfer of service including full transfer of all necessary transactional data, such as backorders and purchase orders, to the Service Centre where a branch closure has been confirmed.
Ensuring full transferral/disposal of all inventory on site according to company guidelines for any branch closure, including a suitable solution for IMS inventory.
Representing the Operations department professionally and with integrity at all times and being mindful of the sensitivity of the work being undertaken.
Working effectively in accordance with Company guidelines and procedures.
Strictly adhere to group policies regarding travel and expenses.

Role Requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
Previous experience of working in branch network environment relating to internal sales and/or warehousing and logistics.
Previous project work experience would be an advantage.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Educated to A-level standard
Effective IT skills including Office suite
Comprehensive ability to deal with data analysis and work to tight deadlines
Positive and effective verbal and written communications
