September 2026 Start
EcoCoach CIC is recruiting a Wraparound Lead to help launch and run a wraparound after-school provision based within a primary school in Welbourn.
This is an opportunity to help build a calm, safe and structured provision where children feel welcomed, supported and included at the beginning and end of the school day.
We are looking for somebody reliable, professional and child-centred who can create positive relationships with children while maintaining clear routines, boundaries and consistency.
About EcoCoach CIC
EcoCoach CIC delivers child-first provision across schools, wraparound care and alternative education settings.
Our approach is built around a simple principle:
“No child is the problem — the environment must adapt.”
We believe children thrive when adults provide:
- clear routines
- calm environments
- positive relationships
- consistency and structure
- safe boundaries
We are not looking for “perfect” children or perfect sessions. We are looking for adults who can remain calm, professional and consistent while creating an environment where children feel safe, included and supported.
About the Role
The Wraparound Lead will oversee the day-to-day running of the after-school provision within the school.
Sessions will include a mixture of:

- child-led opportunities
The role is not simply supervision.
We are looking for somebody who can take pride in creating a high-quality environment where children are engaged, safe and well supported throughout the provision.
Depending on final pupil numbers and staffing structure, the provision may operate with:

- a lead and support structure.
A job share may be considered for the right candidates.
