We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our well established Employment team. Working on a varied caseload, we are looking for someone to help support the team in their day-to-day work handling high quality employment law matters.
You will be joining our supportive and friendly Employment team in our Southampton office which comprises a Partner and a Solicitor. You will have the opportunity to develop your experience by assisting the team, including providing administrative support with the potential to fee earn.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:

This can be a fast-paced position and you will need to be proactive and flexible to meet the demands of your team. You will need to be able to prioritise a number of different tasks effectively, enabling the team to work as efficiently as possible. You also need to have a high level of accuracy in your work.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

You will need to be exceptionally organised and proactive, helpful, with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude. You will also need to show that you have the skills to work closely with various stakeholders and have direct contact with clients.
A law degree or appropriate legal qualifications would be an advantage.
